EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We want to ensure that you absolutely love everything you purchase at Darkest Hour Apparel. If you aren’t satisfied with your item, please follow the steps below to process a return/exchange.


Your exchange must be done within 7 days of your delivery date. For your items to be eligible for exchange/return they must be in the original condition, original packaging, tags attached and unworn. Sorry loves but we will not accept exchanges/returns of items that have been used/worn or tampered with. Items such as lingerie, costumes, pre order items, swimwear, beauty items, shoes and perishable items are final sale and can not be exchanged or returned. We do NOT allow returns or exchanges on costumes. Gift cards are non refundable. All sale and clearance items are final sale. Our returns/exchange department has the right to refuse any item that is not returned in its original condition.  

 

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

To process a return/exchange, please contact info@shopdarkesthour.com. Please include your name, email, order number, and reason for return. We only offer exchanges or store credit. If the item was damaged upon arrival, please include photos or any other pertinent information right away. We do not provide return shipping labels. All claims need to be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note we are not responsible for lost items PLEASE get a tracking number when returning a item to us. Once our returns department has received and inspected your returned items we will be happy to process a refund/store credit or exchange if eligible.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN/EXCHANGE?

Processing returns can take up to 7 business days once our team has inspected your returned item. If you would like an update on the status of your return/exchange please contact info@shopdarkesthour.com.

 

IF I QUALIFY FOR A REFUND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BE RETURNED TO MY BANK?

When we process a refund for any reason it takes the refund about 5-10 business days to post to your account. You can usually see the applied credit on your bank statement within 10 business days of the refund being issued. 

Refunds must go back to the card used for the original transaction. You cannot refund to a different credit card

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. All items returned ( not exchanged ) are subject to a $40 restocking fee. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you must using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
